A customer in the USA saw a very cheap service advertisement and took his car to a garage. He expected a simple repair. After a short inspection, the shop said there was a serious problem with the brakes, wheel alignment, suspension, and other parts. The customer was surprised because the car had no strange noise, no smoke, and no warning light on the dashboard.
The mechanic gave a long list of repairs and said the customer had to decide quickly. The customer asked questions, but the worker did not clearly describe the damage. He only repeated that the car was not safe. In the end, the customer paid much more than he expected.
Later, another mechanic inspected the car and said some of the extra repairs were unnecessary. The customer felt angry and reported the case.
