They sat down on the bench and opened their bags.
Snacks, clothes, chargers, random things — everything was inside.
Max looked at Leo’s bag and laughed.
“You can’t be serious. This is too much.”
Leo shrugged.
“We might need it. What if something happens?”
Anna picked up a second hoodie.
“Why do you have two of these? You don’t need to take so much.”
Leo frowned.
“But it could get cold.”
Max nodded slowly.
“Yeah… but we shouldn’t carry everything.”
Anna started taking things out of the bag.
“We have to be smart. We can’t walk all night with this weight.”
Leo watched her.
“I guess I could leave some things…”
He took out a few items and sighed.
“But I might regret this later.”
Max smiled.
“Or you might not even use half of it.”
They looked at the smaller pile.
“Okay,” Leo said.
“This should be enough.”
Anna closed the bag.
“Good. Now we can actually move.”
