One student secretly chooses a problem. The class asks yes/no questions.

1. The parcel is at the wrong door.
2. The courier has the wrong phone number.
3. The customer wrote the wrong flat.
4. The parcel is damaged.
5. The app shows the wrong status.
6. The parcel is at a pick-up point.

Useful questions: Is the address correct? Is the parcel damaged? Did the courier call? Is there a photo? Can we redeliver it?
