Part 1

It is Monday morning. Leo is a delivery driver. He has six boxes in his van. He must deliver them to three different places. The weather is bad. It is cold and rainy.

Leo stops at Green Street 14. He takes two boxes from the van and gives them to a worker at the door. The worker signs for the boxes. Leo goes back to the van and drives away.

Twenty minutes later, Leo gets a phone call from his supervisor.

“Leo, there is a problem,” she says. “The customer at Green Street got the wrong boxes.”

Leo looks at the delivery labels in his van. He checks the addresses. Then he sees the mistake. The labels on two boxes are wrong.
