6. Bad recommendation clinic
Case A: “You have a child, so you need our expensive family package.”
Task: Find the mistake. Check: the agent assumes both needs and budget. Ask about priorities first.
Case B: “The hotel is accessible. It has a lift.”
Task: What is missing? Check: a lift alone does not confirm accessible rooms, bathrooms, entrances or transport.
Case C: “This quiet village is ideal for business travellers.”
Task: What should the agent check? Check: Wi-Fi, transport, workspace and the traveller's schedule.
7. Rewrite the agent's line
| Weak line | Professional repair |
|---|---|
| This package is perfect for you. | Based on your priorities, this package may suit you because... |
| You won't have any problems. | Here is what is included; I will also check... |
| All older people want quiet trips. | What pace and activities would you prefer? |
| The hotel is accessible. | Which accessible features do you need me to confirm? |
8. Online team desk
Make three teams. Each team receives two travellers from the picture.
| Role | Job |
|---|---|
| Traveller | choose two real priorities, but reveal them only when asked |
| Agent | ask three questions and recommend one option |
| Checker | stop stereotypes and unsupported promises |
| Reporter | give the final 30-second recommendation |
