Rule: change one detail every round.
Add One Small Complication
- The guest speaks very quietly.
- The guest asks about breakfast.
- The guest asks for Wi-Fi.
- The guest asks for late check-out.
- The guest does not understand “key card”.
Receptionist must stay polite and solve it with simple English.
