8. A student still does it wrong
Student: I followed the instructions, but my file disappeared.
Teacher: You clearly did not listen. Do it again.
Task: Why is the reply unhelpful? Give a better teacher response.
Model: Let's find the step that failed. Where did you save the file? Show me the folder, and we will check the name together.
Principle: diagnose the step, do not blame the learner.
