A delivery van arrives. The driver says:
“Sometimes it doesn’t start. Please just test the battery quickly.”

Alex looks at the battery area. The cover is loose. The terminals are not protected well.
If a metal tool touches the terminals, it can spark.

CHOOSE (say A/B/C): What do you do first?
A) “I take a tool and test the battery immediately. If it sparks, I will cover the terminals later.”
B) “I stop. I cover the terminals first, then I tighten the cover with a tool so it does not move. After that I test the battery.”
C) “I install brake pads because the van is in a hurry, then I come back to the battery later.”
