🏨 The concierge challenge

Work in groups of three. Change roles after three minutes.

Guest: Choose Sofia, the Morozov family or Mr Chen. Keep one extra preference secret until the concierge asks.

Concierge: Ask two useful questions. Recommend three stops in order. Name one limitation and one alternative.

Observer: Listen for a priority, a reason, a limitation and an alternative. Give one useful suggestion at the end.

Task 5

Make a 45-second recommendation for one guest. Include:

1. the guest's main priority;
2. three stops in order;
3. one honest limitation;
4. one alternative.
