9. Your Eating Habits
Many people want to eat better, but it is not always easy. Some people don’t have much time in the morning, so they skip breakfast. Some people buy many snacks because snacks are fast and easy. Some people drink a lot of tea or coffee, but they don’t drink much water.
Food habits are different. One person eats a lot of bread and potatoes. Another person eats many eggs and vegetables. Some people eat too much sugar because they drink sweet tea, juice, cola, or energy drinks. Other people don’t eat many sweets, but they still get sugar from yogurt, cereal, sauces, and protein bars.
A good diet does not need to be perfect. You don’t need expensive products every day. Simple food can be good: eggs, rice, buckwheat, beans, cabbage, carrots, apples, soup, chicken, kefir, and water. The important question is not “Is my food perfect?” The better question is “Do I eat too much of one thing and not enough of another?”
