We use Present Simple for habits, routines, facts, and things that are usually true.

Signal words:

usually, always, often, sometimes, never, every day, on Mondays, in the morning

Positive

I drink water every day.
He eats breakfast at home.
Students often feel tired.

Negative

I don’t drink energy drinks.
She doesn’t eat fast food.
They don’t go to the gym.

Questions

Do you sleep well?
Does he eat vegetables?
Do they play sport?
