2) Micro-Story A — “The Oil Mystery”
A car arrives at the garage early in the morning.
The customer looks worried and points under the car.
“Every morning I see oil on the ground,” he says.
The mechanic takes the car into the service area and begins to inspect it.
First, he checks the engine area. Then he looks under the car.
Near the oil filter, everything looks wet and dirty.
The mechanic studies the area carefully.
Soon he detects the problem: the old oil filter is leaking.
He removes the old filter and cleans the area.
Then he installs a new filter and refills the engine with fresh oil.
After that, he starts the engine and checks the car again.
